When enrolling your child, you will be given an enrolment form, child profile sheet, and terms and conditions which are to be filled in and returned on or before your child’s first day.

After enrolling your child, you are more than welcome to accompany them to visits at our centre before their start date. We recommend a minimum of 3 visits prior to your child’s first day to get them comfortable in our environment and to get to know the teachers and children.

At Frog Puddles we offer online portfolios (we also have a hard copy of the portfolios for the children to look through). The online portfolios enable you to take a look at your child’s portfolio at any time and also have the ability to add other family members whom you may wish to view your child’s portfolio. Teachers will record observations of your child and write learning stories, which will include photos. You will receive an email when a new story has been added for you to view. We also add some of the children’s artwork into their portfolios. The hard copy will be given to your child to keep when they leave Froggies and are available for you to view at all times. We encourage family / Whanau to have input into the portfolios because we value your knowledge and aspirations.
